LHL International follows the laws and rules for personal data and reservations at any given time.
Pursuant to the Personal Data Act, LHL International shall disclose how we use the personal data we receive.
Pursuant to Chapter II, Section 8 of the Act, which concerns the conditions for processing personal data, the information is used to:
- fulfil agreements with supporters
- fulfil the organisation’s legal obligations
- maintain a register of our supporters to support our purpose
LHL International does not have sensitive information in its register. LHL International complies with the current rules at any given time for updating reservations for the reservation register in Brønnøysund.
If you have entered reservations in this register, we will not contact you, provided that you have not supported us earlier and that we regard this as an active customer relationship.
